01 — Strategy Call & Athlete Evaluation
We begin with a strategy call to understand the athlete’s goals, current level, obstacles, recruiting priorities, and long-term collegiate aspirations before determining the best pathway forward.
02 — Program Onboarding & Full Resource Access
Once enrolled, athletes and families are onboarded into the Tekker90 ecosystem where we work on highlight video creation, recruiting profile development, and strategic college outreach, along with our program’s additional mentorship, film analysis, sports psychology, and development resources to help athletes prepare for the collegiate level and maximize their scholarship opportunities.
03 — Personalized Recruiting Roadmap
Athletes and families participate in a roadmap session where we build a personalized recruiting blueprint tailored to the athlete’s timeline, goals, current situation, and development needs to provide structure and clarity throughout the recruiting process.
04 — Strategic College Outreach & Placement Support
Prospect2Player begins direct communication and outreach to college programs based on the athlete’s academic, athletic, financial, and location preferences while assisting throughout the scholarship negotiation and commitment process.
05 — Performance Planning & Development Oversight
Athletes receive personalized physical performance planning and ongoing development oversight designed to help them stay aligned with their recruiting goals, collegiate preparation, and long-term progression throughout their season.
06 — Mentorship, Accountability & Opportunity Maximization
Throughout the process, athletes receive ongoing mentorship, accountability, film analysis, sports psychology support, and recruiting guidance designed to help them maximize their opportunities and fully prepare for the collegiate level both on and off the field.
Meet The Team Behind The Ecosystem
Luis Lugo - Program Director
Luis Lugo is the founder of Tekker90 and a former professional and Division I soccer player with experience across multiple levels of the American soccer system. After developing through the Houston Dynamo Academy, Lugo continued his collegiate career at Florida Gulf Coast University for one semester before signing professionally at 19 years old with Carolina Core FC in the MLS NEXT PRO.
After years of navigating the recruiting and development landscape firsthand, Luis founded Tekker90 with the mission of helping athletes and families better understand the college recruiting process and prepare for long-term success both on and off the field. Since 2020, he has worked closely with aspiring collegiate and professional athletes, providing mentorship, recruiting guidance, and player development support designed to help athletes maximize their opportunities within the U.S. soccer system.
Tony Doellefeld - Prospect2Player
With a 100% commit rate and an average scholarship value of $30,000 per client, Prospect2Player has become a trusted college recruiting agency helping athletes connect with collegiate opportunities across the country. The agency places nearly 100 players per year and works closely with Tekker90 to provide direct college placement support for our athletes.
Prospect2Player was founded by Tony Doellefeld, a former NCAA Division I and professional soccer player with experience competing in both the United States and Europe. Through his experience navigating the recruiting process and playing at high levels, Tony has built a strong network of collegiate relationships and recruiting knowledge designed to help student-athletes and families find the right collegiate fit both athletically and academically.
Clifton Philip
Clifton Phillip is a former collegiate soccer player and high-performance coach specializing in physical performance, mindset development, and athlete confidence training. Originally from Venezuela and currently based in Madrid, Spain, Clifton previously worked within the Rayo Vallecano environment, one of Madrid’s top professional clubs competing in La Liga alongside Real Madrid and Atlético Madrid.
A former forward at Embry-Riddle University in Florida, Clifton now focuses on helping athletes optimize both their physical and mental performance through confidence building, focus training, accountability, goal setting, and high-performance mindset development designed to help players perform consistently at their highest level.
